Welcome to Success Promotions.com where you can create your team’s custom trading pin. Please take a few minutes to review our process and procedure. When you purchase your team’s trading pin from us you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions.
Success Promotions reserves the right to update or modify their Policies and Procedures at any time without prior notice. For this reason, we encourage you to review these Policies and Procedures whenever you purchase products from us.
The prices quoted on our web site are in U.S. Dollars.
Shipping and Handling Fees
Success Promotion’s shipping and handling fee is intended to compensate our company for the cost of processing your order, providing you with the products you purchase and deliver them to your door in a timely manner. We encourage you to review your order as the amount for processing will be included prior to checking out.
Every trading pin order is custom. Please allow approximately 75 days for delivery after product proof is approved for all orders placed by March 1, 2016. Any order placed after March 1, 2016 will incur a rush shipping charge.

*All estimates above are based on an average package weight and standard shipping rates.
** Standard shipping and processing fees include the flat rate charge as long as the orders are placed before March 1, 2016.
All orders placed after March 1, 2016 will require a RUSH shipping charge, $XXX.
**** If you need your shipment sent to a Canadian address, please call 314-627-5919. Special arrangements will be made to accommodate your order to address duties and delivery fees in an economical fashion.
- Sales Tax statement
Sales tax on Success Promotion’s trading pins is charged on pins shipped to Missouri customers only. All customers are required to pay their own sales tax based on their organizations tax status.
- Return Policy
We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage immediately. We will arrange for a prompt replacement. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value within the first 15 days of receipt.
- How to Return and/or Exchange
To ensure that your return is processed as quickly as possible, please follow these instructions.
- Contact [email protected] so you can be sent an RMA # and package label should a sample of the damaged product need to be sent for review. This way your package can be tracked.
- While it may not be necessary to send sample for review, please send a picture via [email protected] and explain the issue.
- Sorry, postage and handling charges are not refundable.

- Damaged or Defective Items
Refunds will be applied to the credit card used to purchase the item. You will be sent a confirmation email when your credit card is refunded. Please be aware that many times this confirmation email goes to your spam.
- Changing an Order
All orders can be adjusted until a proof approval is signed off on by the customer. Once this proof is approved, the pins move into production and no further changes can be made.
ORDERING AND PAYMENT
- Item availability – All trading pins are made to order and are custom designs. Success Promotions does not carry “stock” merchandise nor do we carry any additional quantity of any team pin.
- Order Processing
Your credit card is charged 100% upon placement of the order. All merchandise will ship together at one time. A detailed summary of your order is provided in your shopping bag for your review upon completion of your request. All orders go through a 24 hour credit card approval process.
- Payment options
Success Promotions accepts the following forms of payment:
When you place an order with SuccessPromotion.com, you will are requested to provide an email address. We will send you a confirmation to the email address provided which includes your order number. Please keep this for your records.
- Delays in Processing
Credit card payments are generally processed in 48 hours. All orders are confirmed via third party credit card authorization process. This takes 24 hours. Once your credit is approved, we initiate your lapel pin order. Please note that we would prefer each customer provide a phone number where they can be reached when you place our order strictly for use in resolving any questions that might occur in processing your order in a timely fashion.
